  1. Items That Can Be Returned
    We accept returns for items that are:

Merchandise that is in new and unused condition
With original packaging including all parts and/or accessories
With proof of purchase
Returned within 30 days from the time it was delivered
All returned painting accessories must be in the same condition that it was shipped to us to ensure that we are able to inspect it to confirm that it meets the requirements set forth in our Return Policy.

Painting accessories that are damaged modified or significantly used may not be eligible for a return except where consumer protection laws require us to accept a return.

  1. Damaged Defective or Incorrect Items
    We work hard to ensure that each of your orders is carefully prepared. If however you have received a damaged defective or incorrect item we ask that you contact us as quickly as possible.

Photographs that show the item the packaging and any damage if present.

Based on our review of your request we will let you know the resolution available to you which may include a refund return or replacement under the terms of the law that applies to your situation.

Until further notice from our customer service team please do not discard any of the original packaging or return a damaged item.

Prepare your Package
Package the item with the original accessories and components. Be sure the mahler stick is protected from bending scratching or other damage while in transit.

Ship the Item
You can ship your package using the instructions provided by our team. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.

Do not ship items to an address that has not been provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is initiated due to a change of mind or other reasons that are not due to a defect in the product.

If an item is determined to be damaged or defective contact customer service prior to returning the item. Depending on the situation we may cover return shipping costs.

The cost of original shipping and the return shipping charge is nonrefundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will let you know the status of your refund. If a refund is approved we will process your refund promptly and in the same way that you paid.

Damage occurring from misuse inappropriate storage unauthorized changes or failure to follow the instructions may restrict your return eligibility in accordance to the law.
